Appliance Efficiencies

This page details the shipment weighted efficiencies available in HES for users who do not know or who choose for convenience not to enter the actual appliance efficiency. Since the best results will always be achieved using actual unit efficiency user's are encouraged to use them whenever possible.

The efficiencies here are used in the Home Energy Scoring Tool and will be used in the Single Family model (i.e. Hes Professional and Consumer 2), for legacy system appliance efficiencies see the individual appliance method pages.
